Thank you to everyone who contributed to the hafla - we raised a fantastic amount of £701 for Redditch Heart Safe and I know how very grateful they are. I was asked which school we would like a defibrilator to be donated to, as our funds have raised almost enough to purchase one, and I chose Tardebigge First School. They are a bit remote out in the countryside and have a few children curently with heart conditions so I wanted it to go to them.
Well it's the last few weeks of classes -where has that year gone?! It's been a busy time - I feel like I haven't been able to fully dedicate my time to classes like I should as so much of my time is taken up with the boys, it's hard to juggle everything! We've had fun learning new choreographies drilling basic moves, learning combinations and having many giggles along the way! We've lost a few dancers throughout the year as some have drifted off, but we've also gained a handful of new ones too which is always nice to see!
I want to wish all of my dancers a big thank you for their continued support and friendship, I have such a lovely network of women who have become good friends. Merry Christmas and I'll see you i in 2014!
